     On behalf of our entire family I want to tell you how much we enjoyed our all-day Everglades trip last Tuesday. Your staffers made it an unforgettable day for us.
     In particular, Javier gave us a thrilling ride through the mangroves and he patiently explained all the interesting facets to us. Gene and Julie gave us another wonderful boat trip and we got to see many dolphins and exotic birds-each of which Gene promptly identified. But it was especially Kenny who insured us a day of maximum enjoyment. Not only did he make sure that all of the components of the trip fell nicely into place, but he provided an unforgettable extension at the end by enabling us to truly see alligators close up. Through it all he was exuberant and full of energy. He clearly loves his work and it was infectious! Your people are doing a great job and we salute you.They were all most patient, thoughtful and considerate at all times. Kindly share this note with the staffers as identified above.
